Our purpose lies behind everything we do at Immunocore, and it’s important that our people understand this common goal and how they contribute to it. In April 2018, we held the first meeting of the Immunocore Peoples Forum, so that our employees can stay informed and are able to discuss business issues that matter to them. Representatives from across all eight constituencies within Immunocore (including the US office), both management and employees, were elected to attend and gathered to set the forum constitution.
The Forum will offer us the chance to consult them about changes to work organisation or contractual relations, contractual terms and conditions of employment. The ability to share innovative ideas, passion and expertise will drive Immunocore’s business forward and the forum will provide continuous feedback for management to more accurately understand employee views/needs.
